No — your sponsorship funds the management of 1 m² of land, but legal ownership remains with Heritage Rewilding Ireland. This is clearly stated on your certificate. The distinction protects the land from being subdivided or sold, which is essential for the rewilding mission.

Absolutely. Gift sponsorships are one of our most popular options. The certificate is issued in the recipient's name and makes a distinctive, meaningful present — particularly for Irish diaspora family members abroad

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within your member account. When you upgrade, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing year and your new benefits will activate immediately.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access and certificate remain valid until the end of the annual billing period. If you cancel, your plot becomes available for a new sponsor in the following year
